The robot enables the proper orientation of the socks and the automatic loading on form legs (sport socks, dress socks of average leg length) .
The robot may be fed through :
- a ‘pick and place’ where the socks are stored in bulk in a container and automatically taken from, or
- a toe sewing machine (Rosso, Conti Complett etc.)
Indicative consumptions:
- electricity 4 to 12 kW
- compressed air 1 to 2 Nm3/h
